We employ a policy of employing staff age 50-plus where possible and every team member is hand selected to ensure they fit within our wider vision and values. Matching the right person to the right passenger is critical and this process forms a vital part of our approach.
All staff undergo Advanced Criminal Record Background checks and are screen vetted to BSI ISO 9001-2015 including a 10 year work and history check. All of our staff are employed directly and we enjoy high retention rates from both drivers and support teams.
Our ‘on the ground’ teams in turn are supported by experienced managers and directors who retain a hands on approach to ensure all aspirations and expectations are met. We aim to cultivate a nurturing environment where our people enjoy their work and care about the people we provide services for.
